Computer Question?

Update:

So I use a computer in school. Long story short it is a district issued computer. Now today some ******** from district logged onto my computer and started blocking ****. They blocked my scanner THAT I USE TO SCAN MY ******* WORK! They blocked my 64gb flashdrive that I save all my work to, they blocked google chrome, and they blocked teamviewer which I use to get my work home. I am about to ******* slam this computer on the ground until it breaks to pieces. But how do I get around this?

If it's a computer issued by the district, it will be in their turms of use that they can do whatever the hell they want and you have to deal with it.

As to how you deal with it is a tricky question.

First point of call, complain and send a toned down email (I'm seeing a lot of ****s there) to everyone and anyone who you think might have a say in such matters.

You need to justify everything you have. why you need it and how much of a pain in the **** not having it is.

I have to deal with IT departments that are going to be simular to the district IT department that setup your computer.

The bigger the name you know, the better, name dropping really helps.
