With my boyfriend I just jump on top of him and say;"I wanna cuddle baby" and then he scoots me in a position comfortable for the both of us and kisses my forehead. Just be straight forward about it. Guys love it

Get right up against him, lay your head on his chest, things like that, he will basically wrap his arm around you automatically and hold you close. You can also just ask for it, most guys like it. :)
