Please no value judgements here... I'm a USA citizen who is unhappy living in this country. I want to move abroad forever?

Please no Greek chorus about how difficult it will be to be accepted in another country. I am not stupid, I'm educated and I KNOW that it's not easy.

I find MOST, not all, but MOST Americans to be rude, unkind, declining values and just a horrible "**** you" attitude.

I don't hate every single American, I'm not prejudiced nor do I want any violence to happen to USA or anything like that. I'm not a criminal, I just know in my heart that I am not happy here and that American culture is not the way for me. I feel like I should have been born somewhere else. You only get one life to cherish and I don't want to be miserable for the rest of it.

I have studied abroad in Spain and Mexico and was a million times happier. The only reason I returned home was my mom... my siblings are basically out of my life and dad deserted me. I thought I'd come home grateful to live in USA, but I feel like it's a ****** up country and most people think it's the best because that's all they know. That, and what they see on CNN.

I would like to know what options there are, and how an American could realistically move to another country. If you are just going to say it's impossible or judge me, please just don't say anything.

I would like to know what options there are, and how an American could realistically move to another country. If you are just going to say its impossible or judge me, please just do not say anything.

You have already traveled and seen other places. You are well aware things are just different in other places.

ANY country decides who can move in. Just being from USA means what to the employer in somewhere land?

Was your University in Engineering or the study of Spanish Painters. The process is not just spending a few months years studying SOMETHING. What did you study?

Does the place you are interested in going to need people with that expertise?

Did you notice that some outside your Spanish University were looking for work too. They get first chance for a job in Spain.

Europeans get first chance for jobs in other European countries.

In this world there are about 1.000.000.000 around the world that want to go somewhere else. You are not alone in this. The days of just going off to wherever you wanted are long past.

You now have to be better than the other applicants. It is not just having some minimum qualification.

For you the easiest would be things like a temporary work holiday exchange. You get a year or two in a country and move on. Designed for students and young people to explore the world.

Consider some international organisations depending on your Field UN agencies. Large multinational corporations. In the USA something like Peace Corps

It is no longer EASY to go anywhere, TOO MANY want to go there. Keep looking. Many sources for a particular field of expertise.

Maybe it is just a job on a cruiseship or an International Airline.

A travel agent. A consultant for an International Hotel chain.

A tour group leader. Taking tours to this or that place.A wine agent selling the wines of this or that place. Part of the job has you visiting the places the wine is from. Presenting the wine at international sales events.

Many ways to work outside the country from the inside too.

It can be done it is not EASY anymore.

Hmmm, earlier you were in England wanting to move to America ... now to what Greece ... little blue man , you have a lot of clones or something ... any way you are FREE to LEAVE America any time ... as to whether the other countries want you that's a different story and you have to ask them ... what they don't want a LAZY LOSERS, that much I do know ! Nice try at " Backhanding " America ... but no cigar , leave ASAP and may the door hit you in the BUTT ! Seems you don't mind judging but don't want to be judged ... too bad !

The easiest way is to work for some American company which needs employees in other countries, there must be American companies set in Europe which need Americans willing to move there, and it must not be easy for employees with families in US to leave their country.

So you could try to find a job in some American company which needs people working for them in other countries.

I don't blame you. This country is now insane and our Constitution has been molested by Barack Hussein Obama.

Since you're educated, you clearly don't need us. Find some luck and go for it. Or not.

    Whatever. Thanks for playing!
