I hate everything except myself.......?
Usually people hate themselves but idk I just hate life and like myself. I'm a teenager and apparently I'm going through "the phase".
I question everything we do in life and honestly I hate this world. War, poverty, and murder will never end. I know it's a way of life but I hate it. I'm really negative too. I see the worst possible outcome for everything.
People think I'm "insecure" which pisses me off because I'm actually okay with myself except my family constantly hates on my tan skin... Even though I'm not that dark. Why do I hate everything except ME.

Try not to think in absolutes. Sure there are a lot of terrible things going on and there will always be some type of conflict/turmoil in the world but that's not all that's out here. If you think about it there are probably at least a few things you don't hate. Like puppies for instance or ice cream. We all may be going to hell in a handbasket but at least we have puppies and ice cream.
Seriously though I bet if you think about it you have a lot to be thankful for. It sounds like your parents are getting on your nerves but maybe nagging you and getting on your case about your tan is just there way of showing that they care about you. In a few more years you'll be out of the house and free to do what you want. You may even miss living with them in the future as hard as that may be for you to believe right now.
Have you ever tried doing volunteer work? It helps you think about things from a different perspective and looks great on college and job applications. Just a thought.
I hope you find something you don't hate and stick with it. One day you'll find something you are passionate about and then your life will get really interesting.
