Go to your local GNC or High Health vitamin store. My girlfriend says they have vitamins that really encourage hair growth. Be careful to keep split ends trimmed. They slow growth. You shouldn't wash your hair every day, but you should wash it every 2 - 3 days. Messaging the scalp while washing helps with both growth and the condition of your scalp. Apply conditioners only to the ends of your hair. This keeps your ends healthy with out weighing down the rest of your hair and is recommended by professionals. Comb wet hair with a wide tooth comb, and gently work tangles out by working the out from the bottom and slowly going higher. You'll have hair like Rapunzel with a little time and patience.

"they come from other people in my family. " Find another doctor!

Moles are not something you INHERITED from your family!

Laser will zap it right out. Cost $750 per session for each large freckle or mole Risk: blistering or sunburn, which can be prevented with the use of sunblock and Aquaphor.

Example from one who had laser surgery to remove freckles:

"I had laser surgery to remove my freckles yesterday . . .?

she said it will be sore the first day and boy was it and she said i may have some swelling, well i woke up this morning and the skin under my eyes is swollen so bad that my eyes are almost closed. i took a goodies headache medicine because it says it contains an anti-inflammatory drug, i also have an ice pack on my eyes. What else should i do? Should what i'm already doing help?"

Do you know how many freckles, moles or age spots do you have?

The next best solution is to avoid the sun. Those freckles, moles or age spots will only get larger and darker. One example from YA about tanning: "i used to go tanning a A LOT, but then started to get more freckles so i stopped haha. "

Sunscreen will not protect you from getting burned.

Sunscreen will only make your moles or freckles larger, bumpier & darker, if you have them already. Not just moles, but freckles, skin tags, seborrheic keratoses, Discoid Lupus, Bullous Pemphegoid, Lentigo (Google search them) and lentigines -- nearly always non-cancerous skin lesions

Sunscreen will not protect you from skin cancer.

Sunscreen will not protect you if you have allergies, I never thought I had allergies!

Sunscreens discolor your skin - for ever!

    Sunscreen blocks Vitamin D.

Sunscreen also is flammable after it is on your skin. A Massachusetts man said he suffered second-degree burns from a grill after applying sunscreen aerosol spray on parts of his body.

But I had Discoid Lupus caused from the sun. Google it. Took 12 years for mine to almost 'fade'. I don't want any more lupus appearing on my skin, so now I'm more & more into protecting myself. Bullous Pemphegoid is another skin disorder. Google that, too!

I'm the kind of person who has families with moles as large as raisin-size. I don't want moles on my body, so I always have been concern about that. But, how I got lupus? I don't know! I got it period.

The sun is more powerful than most people think.

Morgan Freeman, does he look pretty with his freckles? He's older now, and those on his face, are no longer freckles. In the beginning of the Titanic, you'll see the introduction of Rose DeWitt Bukater, played by Kate Winslet. Her face had a lot of freckles, covered with foundation, but you can see right through them.

25% of the sun damage occurs by age 18.

Before doing that, make sure you've seen a doctor & get consultation, if they're cancerous or not.

Then, by all means, do them yourself. I did that to my friend who does hair @ the senior center, and I did that to my mom who had many on her face, but only one that was bigger than the other bled. I just stuck a Band-Aid and it healed 30mins. - 1 hr. later.

Burn a pair of sharp scissors, one you know that can cut 'leather', using a match. Let cool. Hold the skin tag, and snip. Takes less than a second, and the 'patient' won't even feel a thing, just a poke. Anything larger than a circle on the YAHOO logo (above), will hurt. Those can be burn, but doctors, and may leave a permanent mark.

ce T- and Cindy Crawford - famous Million-Dollar model, even Madonna has a good mole on their faces! Google:

Celebrities with beauty marks 122,000,000 results (0.17 seconds)

Sophie Simmons, Gene Simmons's DD of KISS, has one on her face, actually for her it's a huge birthmark. There are good moles and there are bad moles. Elizabeth Taylor has good mole, Before you do anything to your mole, make sure it's been seen by a doctor (NOT THE 1ST DOCTOR you went to, preferably a DERMATOLOGIST) if it's a good mole or a bad mole.

Someone on YA! mentioned she used Dermatend, and put holes on her face!

My aunts, my mom and two of mom's in-laws have the same chin moles, since they were teenagers. When they have photos together, you could say they could have been separated from birth! I'm not making this up.

I had a mole on my thigh that was throbbing. It was the size of a pencil eraser. Dermatologist told me it wasn't cancer, but I had it removed (3 stitches) but it got infected. I couldn't keep water from it when I take a shower and it left me a 1 1/2" scar, but it was still throbbing. My other dermatologist injected something around it, and it got flatter, but the throbbing stopped. That was 6 years ago, but the throbbing starts again, but the scar is almost gone. I should have left it alone, but the throbbing was annoying me!

Google A Death by Suntan by age 26, Yahoo Shine 3-23-10. In April 2005, while working out at her college gym in Rhode Island, 22-year-old Glenna Kohl detected a hard, golf ball-size lump near her groin. . . . .In high school, Glenna did have an irregular mole removed from her leg. A pathology report identified it as benign, but the surgeon tested it again. The lab had made an error: The mole was an early stage melanoma.

Moles that are the same color as your skin, will become bumpier, not darker, & larger, but they will become as skin tags. Again, don't try to cut them yourself without having seen by a doctor. I've cut mom's skin tags, all 37 of them, and only 2 of them bled. But, I put a Band-aid, and it was fine several hours later. You can prevent getting skin tags, moles, freckles by avoiding the sun @ least 95% of the day. Wear a wide brim hat with no holes, do your errands in the shade, or bring an umbrella, they were invented to protect us from the elements!
