You should download and use IDM. It is the best software for downloading anything. It gives you maximum speed compared to firefox's download manager

It's now nearly 2 days since i have tried and tried yet again to download Firefox and all seems to go well until i see this message > The address isn't valid
The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.
Web addresses are usually written like http://www.example.com/
Make sure that you're using forward slashes (i.e. /).

The download of Firefox is not a problem as the problem is getting Firefox as my home page.I realise i am doing something wrong but what it is i dont know?
If someone on here would be kind enough to give me good practical advice on how to do this it would be most appreciated.
