I think these are all self explanatory. Each department has a manager/supervisor.

Well, there are people working in the kitchen, including a supervisor who makes sure that special diets are given etc., cleaning staff, CNAs (who usually do the grunt work), Registered Nurses, usually at the nurse's station and who has a list of medications that the patients have. You also have regular aids, staff who have no certification but help with the less-wanted jobs, changing diapers, cleaning up poop, pee, or vomit -- lovely stuff like that.

CNA's and CMA's Nurses, Admission Clerk, Most Nursing home do not have a pharmacist in the building but do have a room where they keep the meds.

Beside all of the Administrators there are the cleaning people and the cooks etc

There are also medication aids which are different than the CNA's or aids that clean, wash & take care of the patients or who are supposed to take care of the patients.
