No its not. Its a very common thing that every man does. So the churches have to address this issue logically.
Churches are supposed to give life guidance to people. If they do not include basic human activities like sex, then its not effective life advice.

Our modern society has turned sex into a bad thing. Sex was originally God's wonderful invention of reproduction saved for the marriage bed. It still is, but the media turned it into something its not supposed to be. They turned it dirty, calling it the nasty and always followed by the walk of shame. If the media didn't do this, then we could learn sex ed in elementary school. It wouldn't be awkward to talk about sex. It wouldn't be funny either. How often do u see ppl laughing at dirty jokes? In church, sex is spoken of as God's grace, which is what is should be. I don't believe it is wrong to speak of sex in church. In fact I strongly support it. Ppl need to hear about the grace of sex instead of the dirty sinful sex that is engulfing our culture today

No at bible study our teacher talks about this. since its a teen class she compares the verses with our life. I think its great for us to talk about it even though some are uncomfortable talking about it.
In church the preachers don't say the word sex they'll say intimate ,seduce, seductive sometimes unclean or virgin.
Lastly its great to discuss this cause people don't understand or read the bible without translating bible times to modern

The Lord is teaching that the churches are no longer his congragation. The bible teaches in Jeremiah to flee from th churches. They are no longer under God's command. To answer your question, teaching about sex is nevef wrong as long as one teaches fron God'spoint of view. But I wuld avoid the churcheslike avoiding a plague.

Nope. The only restriction that I think is right to put on any topic is that some things are not suitable to be discussed with young children, just adapted to the right level of understanding. But I think that there shouldn't be any discussion topics that are banned in church.

It is offensive to me, when any religious group implies that
sexual activity is "dirty", or that there is something terribly wrong with enjoying sex for pleasure, rather than exclusively for procreation! With many STD's around.any church that discourages the use of condoms should be put out of business!

Anyone can talk about it. It is wrong to make people feel guilty about doing it. It is no business of churches what consenting adults do in private, nor is it their business what teenage boys and girls (or anyone else for that matter) get up to by themselves.

The Bible is very frank about sex, its proper place, and the consequences of disregarding God's standards. For example, King David's adultery resulted in a breakdown of his family, with sons killing each other, and their attempts to take over the kingdom from him.
(2 Samuel 12:11, 12) 11 This is what Jehovah says: ‘Here I am bringing against you calamity from within your own house; and before your own eyes, I will take your wives and give them to another man, and he will lie down with your wives in broad daylight. 12 Although you acted in secret, I will do this in front of all Israel and in broad daylight.’”

The fact of the matter, the church age is over, so you should not be in a church, because satan is in all the churches, satan comes as an angel of light an his ministers are ministers of righteousness, im just paraphrasing it.

it may not be appropriate for church
But, I'd like to see the religious right stop objecting to appropriate sex education in schools
Personally, I find it sickening, that a person can object to allowing sex ed, and access to contraception - 'because god'
and then use the same mindset to object to abortion on girls who become pregnant due to ignorance and inability to get contraception
