    Nope they just make it where if it's reported by more than 1 "trusted yahoo member" it gets deleted

    Other than the community moderators, no. There are still vulgar and offensive questions on the question stream dating back to 4 weeks ago. It seems reporting questions is futile if the asker can still get the message across 4 weeks later.

    Yes. Yahoo has community moderation. All it takes is1, 2 or 3 "trusted" members depending on their "trust level" to report a post which they believe to be a violation and the bots remove it.
