Try restarting first, then reinstalling audio driver

Hi
Have you trid plugging some ear phones in if they work it might be a failure of the speaker. If that the case you will have to get it repaired if the earphones also do not work then it could well be a softwear failure.

Reinstall your primary audio driver and realtek driver.

Please be more specific. Which brand is it? The model? What was the last thing you did before sound loss? Which OS are you running?
