Why doesn't some conservative group bring a lawsuit to challenge the anchor-baby law?

Because there is nothing unconstitutional about it. The Constitution gives the Congress the power to regulate immigration and naturalization, and they have with these laws. If they want the law changed, there is a process to go about doing so.

The lawsuits they are threatening now is about the President going outside his Constitutional powers with his executive orders he has been issuing. And it's not the number of executive orders that are the issue (other Presidents have issued more) but the content of the executive orders that they feel has gone beyond his powers.

If you speak of a baby having automatic citizenship in the country they are born in, it is because naturally a baby is going to enter this world when they are ready and there isn't anything anyone else has control over, and this constitutes the beginning of where we each create our own history and get counted in. There are no grounds to sue, as it is a right according to what is civil, and universal law.

Lawsuits are not effective when it comes to changing the law

What they do is make lawyers rich

Changing the law is done in the legislature

Because that would be a public admission that they hate immigrants, and they can't afford to alienate such a large voting bloc.

Do you mean revoking the citizenship of Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and John McCain....I don't think they would go for it.
