Where can I buy a dress for a winter wedding?
I can find a dress to wear to a summer wedding with no problem. But I've never been to a winter wedding before and don't usually wear dresses in the winter because I live in WI and it can be 20 below 0 in the winter, so I don't even know where to start looking for dresses.
Sooo...some help please? I live in the US, so if you are going to tell me a place, tell me somewhere that either is IN the US or ships to the US. I don't want to spend more than $75 if I don't have to. And please give me links to specific items, don't just say "Wear a dress with sleeves!" The whole point of this question is I have never been shopping for a dress in winter, so I don't even know what places have dresses that will work.
I should also add that the wedding and reception are in a trendy wine bar, in case that helps

Same dresses as for a summer wedding, just choose a more intense colour and a more modest cut. Think high neckline and shoulders covered.
The key thing for winter weddings is layering. Reception venues in winter can be seriously overheated so you want layers that can be stripped. I would go for a dress like this one

Teamed with some serious shapewear, heavyweight tights, a contrasting but dressy cardigan under a nice warm jacket, and some gorgeous pumps.
