Why is the appeal setup not working. Some whacko complained about my answer and I am unable to provide the real time facts in support?

Glitches in Y!A are very common. Frequent refreshing often helps. Going back and forth often helps as well to jump start the system when it jams up.

The new purple format has far more glitches than the old green format that was much easier to navigate.
