Will the USA Government give these people leniency as they do the people crossing the border "because of the children"?

Update 2:

Cantankerous - You CLEARLY don't know reality. Try watching something besides MSNBC.

Update 3:

Cantankerous - And those are the only immigrants illegally crossing the border? And then are let into the public free to wander. Uh, OK... ( See, I didn't have to call you any names and win anyway).

The most recent immigration crisis does involve unaccompanied minors, since the case you are talking about involves adults this is a false equivalency. An unaccompanied minor, by law, is treated differently than an adult with children. That is the current law, the President and ICE are only following a law passed by Congress and signed by GWB. The hypocrites that claim the President should be impeached for selectively enforcing the law are also the ones that are calling him to ignore current immigration law in this case. You can’t have it both ways.

How much danger are we in from them? OK her voice could quell an army, and he's a waste of air, but they aren't going to do much else, and they do have to make restitution. I think on the whole their creditors want their money back more than having them get put away.

And the thing about the children from Central America is the result of a Bush law, and they are put with their nearest relatives, in accordance with that law, because the conditions in their countries make it dangerous for them with the cartels in power there.

His question is actually regarding the Guidici family from Real Housewives, they were convicted of bank fraud.

Its not so black and white as you make it all appear in this question. The concern was not so urgent when President Bush wrote laws and signed them into law when he was there. Why the constant heat on Obama for doing what was already being done before he got here

http://trac.syr.edu/immigration/reports/155/ I'd be happier if they enforced existing laws which they do not now.

Uh. The people detained at the border ARE children. That's kind of an important detail.
