Why didn't the IS terrorists that are allegedly massing in Mexico attack the US yesterday? What stopped them?

9/11 is important to Al Qaeda but that doesn't mean that all terrorist groups will give it the same significance.

Most of the others would more likely use one of the 364 other days that our guard is not up to attack.

That's debatable on who is who running with these children yet. There is still the matter of if they are family or kidnapped..or homeless where they were. That might be another direction we will take yet, with the entire American continental force. It won't take long to calm it.
