I don't believe hell exists, so I would, of course, say that no one is in hell. But, if you're going by the Bible, it does not say who really goes to hell. It doesn't even explicitly say non-believers go to hell, just that a lack of belief will separate man from God. Separation ≠ an eternity being tortured in a fire and brimstone filled hell. I think a lot of people misinterpret the Bible.

No, because they arent hold accountible for the Sin they inherit from their ancestors adam and eve but Christ applies his Gospel to the Children when letting the Children come to him to say the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to the Children.

Not in the sense that many people view hell.
Hell
Definition: The word “hell” is found in many Bible translations. In the same verses other translations read “the grave,” “the world of the dead,” and so forth. Other Bibles simply transliterate the original-language words that are sometimes rendered “hell”; that is, they express them with the letters of our alphabet but leave the words untranslated. What are those words? The Hebrew she’ohl′ and its Greek equivalent hai′des, which refer, not to an individual burial place, but to the common grave of dead mankind; also the Greek ge′en·na, which is used as a symbol of eternal destruction. However, both in Christendom and in many non-Christian religions it is taught that hell is a place inhabited by demons and where the wicked, after death, are punished (and some believe that this is with torment). http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/lv/r1/lp-e/0/20298
What, then, is the condition of the dead? When pronouncing sentence upon Adam, Jehovah stated: “Dust you are and to dust you will return.” (Genesis 3:19) Where was Adam before God formed him from the dust of the ground and gave him life? Why, he simply did not exist! When he died, Adam returned to that state of complete absence of life. The condition of the dead is made clear at Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10, where we read: “The dead know nothing . . . In the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.” (New International Version) Scripturally, death is a state of nonexistence. The dead have no awareness, no feelings, no thoughts. http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/lv/r1/lp-e/0/15849
The Bible does give us hope for those who have died. “I have hope toward God . . . that there is going to be a resurrection.”—ACTS 24:15.
JEHOVAH has given us sound reasons for hope in the resurrection. We have his word that the dead will rise, standing up again to life. And his purpose regarding those asleep in death is sure to be fulfilled. (Isaiah 55:11; Luke 18:27) In fact, God has already shown his power to raise the dead.
2 Faith in God’s provision for raising the dead by means of his Son, Jesus Christ, can sustain us in times of stress. The sureness of the resurrection hope can also help us to maintain integrity to our heavenly Father even to the point of death. Likely, our resurrection hope will be strengthened as we consider restorations to life recorded in the Bible. All these miracles were accomplished through power from the Sovereign Lord Jehovah http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/lv/r1/lp-e/0/16392

The bible never lists dying as a child as an alternative way to get to heaven ( instead of accepting Jesus). So yes according to actual biblical Christian beliefs hell will be crawling with cute little suffering kids.

Answer - No, Hell doesn't exist, its a story in an old Jewish fairy tale.
Children are dead, in the ground, if not cremated.

If by hell you mean a state of eternal torment, then no, I don't believe such a state is compatible with a God worthy of worship.
But if you mean Hebrew "sheol", the oblivion of the grave, then yeah, sure why not.

no. because God does not impute sin to those who cannot obey the law. that means if your mind is so underdeveloped you can't determine between right and wrong, God does not charge it against you.
therefore, not one child resides in hell. Jesus said suffer the little ones to come to me, for to such the kingdom of heaven belongs. furthermore He turned to the adults and said if you don't humble yourselves and become like little children, you will not see heaven.
btw, when the rapture occurs, not one infant or toddler will be left in this world.

No. All children go to Heaven or reincarnate. Children are innocent.
