why cant Dairy farmers start selling products near all TOLL PLAZA'S of National Highways. Establish a kiosk to create employment to youth ?

Probably the biggest reasons would be; safety, and traffic flow. Most toll plazas I know are in very busy areas, it wouldn't be safe to have a kid out there shilling milk.

If you want to think about rest areas - there you may have something. In my area (New England) many rest areas already have farmer's markets at them. I haven't seen many dairy farmers selling at them, but there's no reason they couldn't.

I observed people are selling kurkure, coconuts,flowers, fruits etc. near toll gates. some times children,elderly persons feel thirsty need some nourishment. That time if butter milk,flavored milk, some kova sweets if sold nr toll gate, its a relief to them. hope people may agree my suggestion.
