Everything is transitory? And everything is real?

If you cut off your thumb, it will never grow back, it will be gone forever. Not a transitory situation.

The things we imagine may or may not be real.

When my wife and I chose to be together for the rest of our lives (30+ years ago) it was not at all arbitrary.

Yes...So? On the cosmic scale, everything is indeed transitory. Even photons (the most durable thing known) will decay over a span of many billions of years.

The universe entirely will eventually simply fizzle out.

Everything is "real"? How could something be "unreal"? Either it exists or it doesn't.

We can imagine things that do not exist.... That doesn't make them real.

Everything can be lots of different things at once

Everything is energy, even matter.
