how to smoke weed? keep getting dizzy or tired no matter what?

okay so i know your first couple times u dont get high, or not supposed to, but ive been smoking weed for like 4 or 5 months, and i get a little buzz but not really a high, and then i either get dizzy or super tired and dizzy, ive never been stoned or even high i dont think, so im just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if i should try a differnet way of smoking? ive tried joints/bongs/bowls, they usually all have the same effect. am i inhaling to hard? to much? not the right way? holding the flame too long? what is causing this??!!!!! im so upset.

    It doesn't sound like you're smoking it wrong. What you describe is basically what Indica strains do for people. You don't really feel a headrush, but rather a flush of relaxation and tiredness. As for being dizzy, it does happen occasionally, but not every time. Marijuana lowers your blood pressure because it dilates your blood vessels (which is why your eyes get red) but if you're constantly getting dizzy, you could be inhaling too hard too fast, or just smoking too much.

    You don't need to bust a lung to smoke a bowl. Just light the bowl while gently breathing in, hold the flame for like 1-2 seconds, put out flame, and keep slowly inhaling until your lungs are full or your bowl is cashed.

    There's really no proper way to smoke. It's different for everyone. The first 1-3 times you either get ridiculously high or not at all.

    Inhaling too hard would have a stronger effect, you'd normally get even more high.

    The more you smoke, the higher you should get. You may not be smoking enough. One or two hits isn't gonna get most people far.

    Again, there's really no wrong way.

    Toasting the bowl won't change anything.

    Some people's bodies are just weird, but you might just be smoking some really sh*tty weed. Come to Colorado :D that's where the best stuff is.

    Try ghosting your hits (holding in the smoke)

    Your probably doing it wrong. Make sure you hold in your hits and not just let out the smoke all quick. Or take a hit hold it in and breathe it out your nose. You'll be high for sure. No lie. Feeling dizzy when smoking isint good it caused me a really bad fall so becareful /: but seems like u really wanna feel what being high is actually like so try holding ur hit longer and blow ur hit out thru ur nose and ull be blown AS ****

    Smoking weed is suppose to make you tired and dizzy, u probably need to build up your tolerance or not smoke as much.
