Update:

anyone but Hillary. I'd even vote for my most disliked Republican over her.

Definitely moderate. I think still the only one of them who could beat her would be Jon Huntsman. But they would never nominate him, even though he was very successful as governor of Utah.

    Neither.

A moderate Republican will lose by 10 points.

A far right conservative will lose by 15 to 20 points.

  • Moderates poll better against Hillary than far right Conservatives.

A moderate republican has a better chance of losing against hillary. How is a moderate supposed to win against hillary when hillary reveals her platform and all the moderate has to say is something along the lines of...."um, yeah. Me too". If moderates could win, then bob dole should have won. Mccain should have won. Romney should have won.

Moderates may win local political offices such as mayor or councilmen, or the occasional congress or Senate seat. But for the presidency? Nope. Nobody wants a squishy moderate in the white house. We want a person of strong convictions. An unapologetic conservative who will deal with the democrats the way reagan dealt with the soviets and fight against them.

Only a moderate Republican has any chance of winning.

A moderate would never get nominated. Romney was moderate until the party advisors got ahold of him. Then he turned his back on everything he formerly believed in to get the nomination. Same with McCain.

I think the Republican that will tell the truth and expose any and all faults of the opponent during debates will have the best chance of winning the election. People are craving the truth after years of lies.

Either one. Hell, my son's tabby cat has a better chance than Hilary of winning the election

    A moderate republican.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with moderates.

Only now it seems like the solution is partisan gridlock. This is why nothing has been accomplished in the past four years.

    Neither.

If she runs, she will win; http://www.oddschecker.com/politics/us-politics/us...

She is currently statistically 9.6 TIMES more likely to win than whoever the GOP decide to run....

(Try to bear in mind that the bookies are apolitical....they do not CARE who wins a race....they just make odds that ensure them a profit regardless of what happens...)
