Cameron may realise that he offered too much, but he cannot back out of it. What he did not do was consider the Welsh who in the scheme of things are given two thirds of jack all. The Scots already enjoy the most money per head of population, they have free prescriptions, free tuition, free transport for the elderly, in fact many things that in Wales can only be dreamed of.

He, Clegg and Millibland made the commitment and we the remainder of the UK will have to bare the cost. It is not Scotland's fault.

All of this should not matter though, vote UKIP and whilst the Scots will get what they have been promised, we will claw back the money from other sources so stop the pain.

As far as I understand, Cameron is giving the Scots plenty by just maintaining the status quo - net inflow of $ to maintain an over generous welfare state.

Cameron is an **** hole so one does not belief any rumblings . Clegg ( who ? ) has endorsed the frenetic last minute proposels by the Unionists and has guaranteed delivery of the Devi Max proposition . What a bunch of Westminster wankers !

........... and this is your opinion based on what? Clearly you are not a Parliamentary personal secretary who has access to anything discussed within the Cabinet office.
