Can a mom love a son more than the other?

I feel like my mom likes my older brother more because he is good looking, Popular, and outgoing and he makes alot of friends and alot of people like to be around him. I am the more shy, introverted insecure type that doesn't make many friends and i am alone alot.I haven't had alot of girls like me in my life either.It seems like everybody talks to him but treats me like a ghost.And sometimes i get alittle jealous because i always say i would do anything to be like that.It seems like my mom focuses more on my brother and not pay attention to me.And plus i read somewhere where it said the first born is always more loved by the parents.Everybody wants to feel loved sometimes.The worst feeling ever is not feeling loved. I'm starting to think she likes him more because he is handsome and popular and more outgoing.Would a Mom love a son more for them reasons?
