American Xbox One in Germany?
I just arrived at my first duty station in Germany and heard that I can't simply just plug my Xbox one into the outlets since there's a higher output of voltage here. So I did research and read a bunch of different crap people wrote and never got a straight answer.
What is the best thing to do? except buying a whole new Xbox in uk cause that's just not gunna happen. It'd be best to get an answer from somebody who was in this situation. Thanks.

You can do two things: first, you can buy a new power supply for your XB1, one designed for 220v. Or, you can buy a voltage transformer to convert the 220v to 110v and use your existing power supply. This has the advantage of allowing you to plug other things into the transformer and use them also.
Most electronics are rated for 110v and 220v, but NOT your Xbox One. Get a transformer; you can probably pick one up cheap from somebody that's PCSing out of the area.

All you need do is to buy a new power brick for the XBox one for the new region.

you could always get a voltage converter in order to play your xbox i dont know how much they cost but that could help you out a bit
