at school i am in trouble for sending a text to people to tell them to vote for someone for queen, and i called some other people bitches but did not name them. i sent the text at home away from school hours and off campus. is it a violation of my freedom of speech right if i am suspended for this?

Freedom of speech and freedom of assembly.
However,free speech can have consequences of its own,and school is a totalitarian institution with rules - things that go on at school under school jurisdiction are covered by school rules.
If you can't do the time,don't do the crime...
