Obama doesn't need to be voted out of office. His second term will expire and he'll be out. He's not running for a third term.
But the Republican reasoning goes like this. Obama is not the guy we voted for. THEREFORE he is not a legitimate president. Because we didn't vote for him he is the worst president in our history and anything evil you can make up about him is TRUE! Therefore he will not leave office in 2016.
Now you gotta admit, that's a pretty dumb argument!

The United States President is restricted by law to two four year terms (8 years) he must then retire and by convention not part in politics again,so you cant vote for him of course. In 2016 there will be two new candidates.

Presidents are all limited to 2 terms.
I mean, unless Democrats can magically allow presidents to do 3rd terms. They've tried to do that already, but they've always failed.
