If it comes down to a choice between the life of the mother or the baby, does the father have sole say in who is saved?
Or is the mother's wishes also taken into account? What happens if the mother and father want two things?
Please specify which country law/ rule you are referring to

Depends if the mother is able to make a rational decision or not - but generally I believe the 'protocol' is to save the life of the mother first.

Hi I'm in the United states and I think medical professionals usually save the life of the mother first. Not too sure just what I've heard. Good luck :)

Next of kin would (if that is him). When my wife was pregnant, although I didn't like discussing it, she told me if it ever boiled down to her or our unborn baby if something affected her judgement or she couldn't make it, I was to put the unborn baby first, not her (she is pro-life). If I was faced with the decision I would need the doctors to tell me who has the strongest possibility of survival then go on that.

The husband might. The father of the baby is irrelevant otherwise. If the woman is unmarried then the next of kin i guess. Uk.
