Would you buy a Prius with 100,000 miles for around $8500?

    It sounds about right. Depends on the year and variant of the Prius though. Do some research on Kelly Blue Book (www.kbb.com) on the value of the car, before you plunk down money on the car.

    Nope. Hybrid cars are not that "green", the parts are not environmentally friendly and you have to buy a new battery after a certain amount of years. A diesel Volkswagen is a far better choice
