what will ebola and d68 do to states that don't expand medicaid?

I see very little understanding of what this question is about. No Medicaid will not stop ebola or d68.

Medicaid, after all, is a sort of government health insurance. Those states that didn't expand it will be on the hook for millions of dollars because hospitals will need to be paid for the care they give to the poor who are afflicted. Or they will go bankrupt. Which would end those hospitals in those states.

D68 is indigenous to the US, and we've already had four thousand cases, five deaths, and several paralyzed children. That too is going to cost in years to come. So it's not some false sense of security by isolating us from the rest of the world that is going to solve things. With cases having been reported in Spain and Germany, the interesting consequences of banning all flights to everywhere is truly stunning.

How, for instance would airlines exist without their income?

Medicaid is a state by state program, and if they didn't accept the ACA they will be spending more money they don't have or truly risking their population with any kind of an epidemic, be it ebola or d68. You can't expect sick people to go to a hospital at the beginning of an illness or manage something so communicable on their own. There would be someone taking care of them, who could spread it around.

When you can't afford a doctor, you just don't go.

They were cutting off their nose to spite their face when they didn't accept the ACA, and it may well come back to hurt their economies. I hope that spiting Obama was worth what its going to cost them, because that was the only reason they chose that route.

Ebola and D68 can't do anything to states, because it affects people not states, however, if you're asking if the people who live in states that didn't expand medicaid will be covered if they were to contract either disease, I would say it would depend on their income and situation/circumstance.

It will depend on whether the federal government does what it SHOULD do, and either restricts people coming in from Western Africa or quarantines them.

If it does, then ebola will not be a problem, as it is not indigenous to America.

Medicaid expansion has nothing to do with either one.

Lets get real. Do you think think expanding medicaid will do anything to prevent ebola if it starts spreading there?

Tighten the border and more people will get jobs and pay for insurance like they're supposed to.
