I,m 20 years old and having sleepless night over one week.I don't drink caffeine products and often exercise at home.Please help.?

    You should do any kind of physical exercise everyday and do not take naps in the morning. Doing so will make your body tired and you will be able to sleep in peace at night. This is a natural and effective way making your body fall asleep.

    So are you up all night, or just sleeping too late ?

    Every person should sleep at least 8 and up to 10 hours. If it's below 8 You should see a neurologist

    Find a guided visualization or guided meditation on Amazon or iTunes. Listen to it each night for 30 nights. Re-train the brain for restful sleep.

    It is also important to make the room cool enough for sleep.
