Evil gods and goddesses?

Outside of the Abrahamic faiths, the concept of deified evil doesn't exist.

Kali, the great destroyer, the scourge of mankind, the deity that no grown man will ever wish to come across; is the protector of pregnant, birthing, and nursing women, and the children they carry. She takes power away from those in power, she protects those who have no ability to protect themselves. She is feared for her wrath, but not her reasons.
