Cause Id love to design games and animes or mangas<3 And I am pretty good at these programs even though I know only the basics

Both of those areas are extremely different. People say it's already practically impossible to become a great animator and a great illustrator, that you end up being good in one and okay in the other since both require all the time you can give. This might be a good time to soul search a bit, see what you like creating most and what you enjoy, what feels more natural. Is creating magazine layouts more your thing, like a graphic designer, and putting things in place, choosing fonts, colors, shapes? Is it drawing? If so, is it perfecting your values and colors or getting down the movement? Do you like drawing characters in an oriental style or do you like working in 3D for game design? It would be impossible to get all those skills to a professional level, and since being hired is awfully difficult in the artistic realm, you probably would never find one and be outranked by those who know their specific area. Even in the game design area you have specifications - no one does it all - such as modeling, texturing, rigging, animating. So this is a time for you to choose and see what you want to do best. This isn't to say you can't do the rest as hobbies, but without investing in one thing, you'll be a jack of all trades, master of none.

Creative Computing. Several universities offer it in the UK, probably some in the US as well.

Graphic Design as well may be the right option as well.
