How tall will I be and when will I hit my growth spurt?
So I'm 5'7 an 15 years old. My dad is 5'8 but I recently realized I'm about his height now since I last measured. My mom is 5'4. My friends are taller than me and I've tried multiple things to increase my height. I've heard that it's genetics and i probably will grow to about my dad's height but i still have more years to grow. I have not hit my growth spurt and have constantly measured my height each month. When will I hit my growth spurt? Also what height do you think I'll reach (I'm trying to go for 6'0) and any tips? I've cut down on junk foods and eaten more healthy foods. Thing is my moms siblings are average 5'7 to 5'9 (men) but one is 6'1!!!!! Will that happen to me?
Also my moms mom and dad (my moms grandparents) are short and EVERYONE on my moms side is average or short except for my one uncle who is 6'1.
Also my birthday is in September so i recently hit 15

My guess is 5' 10" - 6' I think you'll likely grow at least 2 inches once you start to grow taller but maybe a little more.
No sense in worrying to much about it tho. Being malnutritioned will cause you to be shorter but I doubt if that's ever been a problem for you. So you're gonna be as tall as you're gonna be, no point in stressing over it cause it isn't going to change things.

Some growth spurts are very small so often you don't notice them.
You will probably peak at 5'10 at 18.
To grow taller plenty of protein, calcium, vitamin D and zinc all help.
To reach your potential height you need adequate sleep (from 8-10 hours per night), adequate calories and a normal healthy diet.
Plenty of protein from eggs, meat, poultry, sea food and dairy products helps as well as calcium from milk, cheese and other dairy products. You also need plenty of zinc from red meat, oysters, mussels, nuts and seeds and zinc fortified cereals such as Weetbix. Vitamin D3 via the Sun also helps.
Most girls usually stop growing at 15 and in most cases any further height growth from 15-21 is insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers.

Under eating and under sleeping can, to some extent, stunt your height growth. Exercise does not help your height growth and smoking can actually reduce your potential height by a whole inch.
