The Re-installation of the Operating system is no longer supplied by any manufacturers but is supplied as recovery software on your hard disc. You can also create installation DVD's from the same routine.
The method of starting recovery differs between manufacturers. So let me know your make and model or read your user manual,which again is usually supplied on the hard disc

Left click on windows logo.. . . left again on Help and Support. .
In the dialog box type "Create a system repair disc" without the quotes.
Just follow the On screen instructions
