At this moment, how many pastors are in prison for refusing to perform gay marriages?

None, nor will there be any. Churches are not required to marry folks who they don't want to marry. There are plenty of churches that are happy to perform same-sex marriages, and there are secular avenues, as well, such as justices of the peace.

The hysterical claims that pastors will suffer for refusing to perform same sex marriage is ridiculous. The only punishment that they will suffer is when fair minded members of the congregation walk away or remove them.

None. There are a couple in Idaho lying for god again even though there has been no prosecution of them. They owned a wedding chapel that was not registered as a non-profit place of worship. They are now so the law is clear that they can legally refuse to perform same sex marriage.

Lying for god and publicity for their business is what I see. Bet they get busted before too long for violating tax-exemption rules. Also take a look at their site to see how deeply religious they are: http://hitchingpostweddings.com/wedding/packages/

None. Churches are not required to perform marriages that their doctrines forbid. Refusing to perform a marriage is not a criminal act. This is what the First Amendment is about.

I have heard about one church that is being sued because it wouldn't perform a gay marriage, but IMO this is a case that the church should win.

Hopefully none. That's a religious preference. Go to city hall or find a church that does support gay marriage, but don't expect every religion to do so.

To date, none, But there are currently some law suites which could result in pastors being fined or jailed for refusing to perform such ceremonies. The legalization of such "marriages" have not been around long enough for any such cases to have ben tried yet. But they are coming.

This is good for if they married them, they would be gong against God, the Bible and their own morals!

No one can become Homosexual other then by their own choice; so they certainly should Not have special privileges!

Do you Believe that IF a man decided to murder another, dose so, then is sent to prision for it, that Murders could form a group, get similar Laws passed, that then said Any Murder that want to leave prision could" Then dose?

I have no idea. I don't know if any nation imprisons pastors for refusing to do that (though there might be some nations that do so.)

ZERO. All the Christians of Fox News and 700 Club are

    just fear-mongering.

Gays are free to have their unions aka modern families, however, the term marriage remains, between a man and a woman.

None. You don't need pastors to get married. You can go to city hall and get married.
