What happened to all the money Iraq was going to pay back to US for invading their country?

    Iraq is required to pay back the US for the American forces blowing up everything in their country?

    My, my my. The American gene pool just slipped another percent point.

    He even separated this from the budget because it was not a real expense. When Pres Obama took office he combined this debt with the actual budget. Didn't Bush lawyers know this would be against international law?

    It was for "liberating" them from Saddam. Opposition political parties gained. The Iraqis who dont live in Iraq are pleased. They havent even fixed their infrastructure yet. They cant pay U.S. a penny. The Sunnis are not happy. The Kurds made money from U.S. military. Halliburton KBR made money and Blackwater. Those scoundrels saved you from Saddam invading the U.S.!

    Actually the Sunni Bath party is finally responding to the 2003 invasion by mobilizing and morphing into ISIS or Daesh.

    That was an American idea.

    Iraqis, however, had ideas of their own.

    Ideas which obviously included not rewarding the US for occupying and destroying their nation.
