If you were to have a free hand to make changes in one of your past organizations that you have worked for, what would that be?

For many years I worked as a federal employee. I have noted government lawyers and politicians using the legal system to interpret the clear document called the constitution into something unrecognizable,

The only real function of government is to protect the nation from enemies. Most everything else is better left in the hands of people.

My solution? Require simply obeying the laws of the constitution instead of inventing loop holes. This would mean putting the vast majority of politicians and lawyers out of business.

In the world of today this will be impossible. Why? Most people are easily conned by smooth tongued lawyers and politicians that only want to be hip deep in the trough and not work at all.

What do we need? Some would automatically say a righteous government. That is true. But most do not know righteous also means just, fair, honest. If a person wants to lead and he is not just, fair and honest he has no business being in a position of power. In fact he has no business even being a citizen.

So what is the solution? Oddly enough, the solution is found in the Bible. It is called the Kingdom of God. Here is a good place to learn about the Bible and the Kingdom.
