New house vs. Lamborghini?

New house because, in order to own a Lamborghini, you must live in the right place, or else, you will attract jealousy/controversy/privacy issues. Why would you want to 'show off'' ? Showing off your wealth will only attract controversy/jealousy. Bill Gates dont brag, highly educated billionaires dont show off, because they know showing off doesn't have a meaningful purpose. Showing off is for 'new rich' people who just got a money. Also, why would you want to race ? You think this world is like Fast and the Furious ? Besides, if you got beaten by a cheaper modified car, people will laugh at you, and you will feel ashamed of yourself. Think about it.

New House

Definately the lambo. If you get the house you're going to have to pay a hefty property tax and other taxes such as water and electricity, while with a lambo you only pay insurance taxes and gas refills. Also, you can sleep in your car, but you can't drive your house can you? :)

No contest.

The Lambo is going to depreciate, and they cost a small fortune to maintain and insure. And, since it sounds like you're basing your argument for the car on "showing off and racing people", this tells me you're probably not old enough to really appreciate the costs associated with one, anyway.

Unless the house is going to be a mansion, you should buy the Lamborghini. I know I would.

If I were you, I would do the house. Its a much better invesment. Besides, you will probably crash the lambo when racing.
