My neighbors kids WON'T STOP KNOCKING!?
I live in an apartment, these kids constantly ask if my 5 year old sister can play with them. I always say no because shes a girl and they're all boys and one fell from the balcony last time and had to be hospitalized. I don't trust them. They're always alone outside. ANYWAYS they started knocking and trying to get IN my apartment and I just say NO OOOOO. And close the door. NOW they knock constantly AND the little shits started KICKING the door and yelling that they want to play. Their parents don't even care. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

So call the police on them. That should get the attention of their parents. It's the right thing to do, especially if your parents aren't home.

Get in touch with the people who own the apartments in which your living and complain that the neighbours are being rude and annoying and you want something sorting out. Hope this helps.
