When I log in, I see old questions that have many answers. How do I access new questions?

You have Discover selected at the head of the list. Select Answer to get them in chronological order.

If you are on the "Discover" tab, that is popular and network questions in no order. Note "Discover" is underlined. Click on "Answer", that is sorted newest first.
