Could you identify these berries?
Found in Texas. Just curious what they are and if they're edible or poisonous.

I agree that the first looks like a variety of privet/lugustrum. There are over 50 species, and they are mildly toxic.
The second is some sort of nightshade weed of the solanaceae family. I will give it 99/100 chance that it is mildly poisonous. Most nightshades are poisonous, although tomatoes and peppers and eggplant and potatoes are in this family and are not poisonous (except the "fruit" of potatoes is poisonous.) The third looks like coralberries to me also.

The first one looks like Privet (Ligustrum). The berries are mild to moderately toxic, but they taste really, really bad! http://ygrain33.deviantart.com/art/Privet-berries-...
Sorry, I can't ID the second one.
Third looks like Coralberry (Symphoricarpos), which is mildly toxic.

The first is not a ligustrum. Coralberries are NOT toxic, they are food for wildlife.
