Does BM/vomiting help regulate blood pressure?
For some reason after every meal, I have a major BM and it reeks! My co-worker said it's because of my high blood pressure, that it regulates it by coming out either end. I'm tired of it and want some answers (and yes I know go to the doctors but I'm trying to save money right now)...thank you

No, pooping does not regulate your blood pressure, nor does vomiting. Stool odors reflect the contents of the substrate: diet, metabolic processes, bile/blood breakdown, etc. But blood pressure is not linked to these functions of the GI system. BP is regulated far differently.

No, BM/vomiting does not help regulate your blood pressure. To regulate blood pressure you can use some magnesium, which is so good for a lot of disorders like, Acid reflux, Adrenal fatigue, Anxiety, Brain function, Calcium deposits in our arteries, Cholesterol, Constipation Depression, Heart attacks, Migraines.. So, I recommend you to use Magnesium.

Yes, low blood pressure can be bad, depending on how low it gets. If all you get is dizzy, then it probably isn't too bad yet. But I would go to a doctor and see if there is anything they can do to raise it. As for now, I assume you should just closely monitor your blood pressure.
