How is forced medication in psychiatric hospitals not a violation of human rights?

Psychiatric drugs actually change the natural chemical composition of ones brain. That is, by definition, brain damage.

Also, same can be said for labotomies or any physical surgery on the brain for the purposes of psychiatry.

It isn't with a court order however if the patient has tried to unknowingly sue the FBI for undercovers saying they hate blacks, and was a accused of Federal Fraud first, and was, caught with a prostitute first and the FBI refuses to address it it'd be more difficult for the judge to agree to put you down as paranoid because a hungry lawyer would have a field day.

Actually, that's not the definition of brain damage.

various actions by authorities under mental health legislation are rationalised as being legitimate for several reasons

    - that person has been assessed as not being capable of making decisions in their own best interest and therefore their wishes are tainted

    - that person is a threat to themselves or others

    amongst others

other more intrusive procedures generally require permission from a guardian or next of kin
