What's a dictator?

    A dictator is an oppressive leader of a country. He or she has control over the media, military, means of production, and society. Joseph Stalin, Idi Amin, Efrain Montt, and Islam Karimov are excellent examples of what a dictator is.

    someone who takes control and doesn't let anyone oppose/disagree with him/her. They are not voted for and they have complete control over a country. For example, Hitler was a dictator
