All political parties have their share of idiots in them. Each one blindly votes along party lines.

If recent history serves, I would take a look at the 2000 election and the issues with "hanging chad" and voting machines. Seems to me that the simpletons voting in a particular state and did not know how tp use a simple device were mostly from one party. That may be an indication towards an answer you are looking for, the other guys would win.

According to the Democratic National Committee, that would assure no Democrat ever wins an election.
