What does it mean if after a job interview...?

your application status changes from interview/selection process to being considered for job? Also I wrote a thank you note last Friday which stated ; Please accept this letter of appreciation for meeting with me to discuss position at Unity Point Health. Our discussion was very enlightening. I enjoyed the tour of area I could potentially be working in and also enjoyed meeting other staff.

Thank you again for your time and consideration. I look forward to speaking with you again soon.

The manager replied saying; Thank you Robert. I enjoyed meeting you as well. We will be in touch very soon. Thanks again.

Is that a indicator that I will get offer soon? She implied that she would be in touch very soon. What do you think all this means please respond 10 points for best answer
