I’m trying to find info of how much English as a second language costs our government. If anyone has stats to give me would be much appreciated.

Please and thank you. Give best advice I’ve smoked for probably a solid 4-5 years at this point of my life perhaps longer. And at this point I’m using very frequently. I know it’s going to be hard, but I’m thinking it’s probably time, I’m about to turn 21. I don’t have too much experience with many other drugs at this point in my life, I’ve used LSD and alcohol but not much, am not addicted, am trying to go straight edge I think. How do I do this? Okay so he ran an America first campaign, for those of you who don’t know what this is, this is about ending the wars and less and less physical foreign interventionism. He is also very sociably liberal in many regards. keep in mind im still in high school going into senior year. She was a lot like me and the way she used to look at me felt like no other. She started liking me for being a musician when she saw me with band. Meaning the girl actually liked me for me. Then all the sudden one day after a few months and weeks of doing things and pleasuring each other in all sorts of ******* ways she says over ******* text "Im no longer attracted to you" The girl at this point has blocked me on Imessage Facebook and whatever else ******* social media and stopped talking to me in person. At this point i feel like a complete idiot and a complete loser. And yeah already wrote the girl a song and she didn't give a damn ha ha. This happened in like May, when will i get over this BS D:

And I don't want any bands that people claim are prog even though they aren't. They just have decent instrumentals with some really annoying sam Smith type of Pop voice. I want bands like Pink Floyd and Yes.
