    Zero. Cuomo isn't interested in running in a year when Democrats have no chance of winning. Plus, his actions or inactions in New York won't appeal to voters. Remember that the scum bag lawyer Avenatti was talked about as a Democrat candidate for president so the bar to being considered as a Democrat candidate is ridiculously low.
