A jihadist or mujahideen is a person who undergoes struggle following the path of Allah, struggle being one of the religious duties performed by followers of Islam. The word jihadi is an Arabic adjective describing this practice. It has nothing to do with blowing people up. It generally means facing adversity in defense of your faith, just like the Christian concept of "turning the other cheek."

He has ask congress over and over to come up with a plan and they sat on their butt and did nothing. They have been pre-warned and they still just sat there mostly out of spite.
