she said she wanna say me something and never talked to me after that ?? please help me guys..I need help?

In our last conversation we did have a conversation in which she asked me how am I doing? I said her I was fine and asked how she was doing? She said she was good. .she asked abt howz my parents doing and then I said they are good n when I asked about her parents she said her dad left to Belgium coz of his flight destination (she said her dad was a pilot) and she said her studies are going good n all...and when she asked about howz my work and studies I didnt reply. .after one day..the other day morning there was a message from her saying I wanna say you something george..I read the message and didn't reply to her right away..but from that she never texted me..she seem to be offline in viber. .what do u guys think that she meant when she said she wanna say me something
