This runs in my family maybe because they are in the sun to much I don't go outside often when i to its either to get the mail or throw my garbage away (im a teen btw) My face and neck and my chest are different colors My chest is lighter then my neck and face Does lemon help or bio oil HEELLPPPP PLLZ

It's normal for your chest and other parts of your body such as your shoulders, torso, thighs, waist, etc. to be different color as things like your face and hands because whenever you go out, your chest is covered but your face is not. It's just a tan line, basically.

You should use whitenning creams to even up your skin.
